When you place an order with Storming Media you may choose to have your order printed, bound and shipped to you, or sent via electronic delivery instead.
If you choose electronic delivery, you will receive an e-mail from us with links to your receipt and to the document(s) you ordered in PDF format.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to be able to open and read the PDF file. You may download free Reader software from Adobe.
If you order an electronic document from us and do not receive a response within 24 hours, the electronic delivery e-mail message may have been blocked by your spam filter. Please check your spam filter and ensure that it allows you to accept messages from . If you were unable to find the message, contact us via our feedback form and provide us with a different e-mail address. Alternatively, you may check your My Account page.
