 | The report analyzes two situations where conducting surfaces are present. In the first, a plasma, bounded between two perfectly conducting walls, is supported against gravity by a magnetic field. This disseration was primarily concerned with two areas: (1) To communicate to the engineer the basic principles of Lyapunov and (2) To demonstrate a rather general, but concise, approach to applying Lyapunov to the study of control systems. |
