The Modular Elevated Causeway System, ELCAS(M) is used during Amphibious Operations to transfer vehicles, materials and containerized cargo from deep draft ships moored offshore (see Figure 1). An advanced prototype mass human delousing spray gun was developed from evaluation of current system, pediculicide flow property testing, and volumetric metering device design and testing.
