 | The human-system interface is central for achieving Network Centric Operations (NCO). Without systems that are designed to be human-centric, NCO will be a "non-starter." Given this reality, studies of command and control compatibility between human operators and the network are crucial. Without this human-oriented focus, unintended consequences will inevitably occur.
