A pulsed millimeter-wave network analyzer operating in the 40-60 GHz band has been developed at Georgia Tech. The network analyzer consists of three custom-built units: (1) a MMW six-port system that includes sensitive superheterodyne receivers, ()2) a phaselocked MMW frequency synthesizer, and (3) a microprocessor-based system controller that provides internal control functions and communication interfaces.
