The study estimates the additional costs that would be incurred by both the FAA and airport and airway users as a result of implementation of the Upgraded Third Generation Air Traffic Control System (UG3RD). Annual cost estimates are provided for engineering and development, facility and equipment expenditures, and maintenance expenses for the period 1976 through 2000.
