Natural and synthetic marine adhesives were screened for use on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates. The most effective in repetitive use was glucosamine polymer (GAP). Evaluation was based on percent of capture antibody bound to the immunosurface before and after chaotrope treatments.
