| In response to the Deputy Commanding General for Initial Military Training, new marksmanship strategies for Infantry One Station Unit Training (OSUT) and Basic Combat Training (BCT) were compared. However, before informed decisions regarding tailoring Army institutional training can be made, instruments that predict performance must be available.
