A survey of potential aerospace applications and system performance requirements was made. A ten-stage centrifugal pump rated at 3000 psi, 16 gpm, and 1200 F was successfully tested at pressures above 2200 psi, temperatures exceeding 1000 F, and speed above 31,000 rpm.
