Encapsulated -OCl- materials (bleaches) and chemical warfare agent (CWA) indicators have been developed and evaluated for use as a skin decontamination material for wounded and incapacitated personnel. More than 40 capsule samples were prepared, and the twelve test were evaluated using live agents.
