Obtained data support several important conclusions--at tensions of 70 percent maximum voluntary contraction fatigue is metabolic while at lower tensions some degree of transmission failure occurs, the integrated electromyogram per se is not a good measure of muscular fatigue but the frequency of the power spectrum ...
