Abstract:

Our objectives for this audit were to determine whether organizations in Southwest Asia given the responsibility by the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) for managing the Afghanistan Security Forces (ASF) Fund properly accounted for the goods and services purchased using ASF Funds and whether the goods and services purchased were properly delivered to the ASF.
