Authors: Z. U. Borisova; V. R. Panus; A. A. Obraztsov; FOREIGN TECHNOLOGY DIV WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB OHIO
Abstract:
The region of glass formation was determined in the system As-Se-Te. It was shown that up to 58 atomic % tellurium and 60 atomic % arsenic can be introduced into the composition of the vitreous alloys. The nature of the dependence of density and microhardness of the obtained vitreous alloys on the ratio and content of their components was established. (Author)
