PROVIDE PAYLOAD FOR AEROBEE ROCKET, REFURBISH AND TEST: A LUNAR POINTING CONTROL AND TELEMETRY SYSTEM.

Authors: Vernon L. Stone; Frank E. Wise; Martin Cunningham; COLORADO UNIV BOULDER LAB FOR ATMOSPHERIC AND SPACE PHYSICS
Abstract:
This work covered the mathematical analysis of the servo electronic system used in both the solar and lunar Model III Biaxial Pointing Controls developed by the University of Colorado. The Laplace transform was used in the mathematical study. As of the date of this report, the study is incomplete due to the difficulties of evaluating certain physical constants. However, further work is being done and should prove the value of the mathematical study which has been done. (Author)
