Molecular Cloning of the Bovine Liver ADPRT cDNA

Abstract:

A cDNA probe was prepared from a calf liver library, identified by synthetic polynucleotide probes and cloned into lambda gt 11 vector. Its hybridization with mRNA of calf liver identified a 4 kb mRNA. Keywords: Molecular biology, Amino acids. (aw)
