Productivity Measurement Methodology.

Authors: W. M. Aboganda
Abstract:
Productivity measurement is a required management tool in evaluating and monitoring the performance of a business operation. Productivity is, therefore, a major concern in today's business organizations that enable it to survive and be profitable. To become a more meaningful management tool, productivity measurement methodologies must show the linkage with profitability for which management is held accountable.
