Abstract: This environmental assessment (EA) analyzes the environmental impacts of launching up to 30 target missiles per year from Vandenberg Air Force Base (AFB) using mobile launchers and one fixed rail launcher. Both solid- and liquid-fueled target missiles are under consideration.
