Abstract:
Report developed under SBIR contract for topic AF99-117. U.S. forces need to use intelligence in a timely and efficient manner to protect against mobile ballistic missile launchers and other time-critical threats. This research, using off-the-shelf software developed for other services, showed how the Air Force could use a scientific search planning decision aid to allocate surveillance assets optimally.
