Abstract:
By linking FMEA, Risk and Issue processes and database tools, potential and actual failure modes will be more effectively addressed and managed from identification through lessons learned. Collaboration throughout organizations within the Department of the Army will be facilitated by implementing a common architecture and approach for handling failure modes.
